About the Coach
I work with a select group of people online, internationally, who are on missions towards their long-term goals. No matter where you are in your journey, I want to help you by providing more tools to secure your long-term goals in a sustainable, and efficient way.

Since the age of ten, I've been researching the best ways to establish habits and accomplish goals. I have been diving into these topics, along with developing my knowledge and experience on physical fitness, academic merit, business networking, music performance, meal preparation; the list goes on. While juggling multiple aspirations I have most of all learnt the importance of reflection, which, in this age of distraction, is becoming less and less common, and therefore all the more valuable. In my psychology studies I have had the privilege of diving deeper into the 'why' of human behaviour, and the latest literature's positions on changing habits to improve one's life.

With my background combined with the most up-to-date information and tools, I'm here to provide the support you need to achieve your goals efficiently. I look forward to seeing your progress.
What Habit Coaching looks like
Check-ins are the main element of the coaching, which are 30-minute 1-on-1 calls. This is usually based on Whatsapp so I can accomodate phone numbers from various countries. The structure of the check-ins differ depending on the person, their goals, and their situation, however I tend to stick closely to a specific set of tools based on Motivational Interviewing, and the theory of Aggregation of Marginal Gains. This means that the coaching is client-centred, and is focused on building habits sustainably. Very briefly, check-ins are usually structured like below:

- Before each check-in, I re-align with your long-term goal, and go over your progress so far to plan our potential next steps.
- During each check-in, we go over your highs and lows of the past week (or fortnight) and dive deeper into the details, which informs which step we should take next.
- After each check-in, I will send you a message summary of the steps we have planned for you to take before your next check-in.
Coaching Options
- Weekly check-ins = $45 per week
- Fortnightly check-ins = $55 per fortnight

Ankaa is the name of the brightest star in the constellation Phoenix. In facts, in Arabic, "Ankaa" itself means phoenix. At Ankaa training, we aim to work on our habits, rising from the ashes and renewing ourselves in order to achieve our brightest goals.
